Standing out from the crowd and being purposeful is vital to a new fashion brands success. Here are three that are doing an amazing job of this, producing sustainable, beautiful collections that I can wholeheartedly count on us being spoilt with more gorgeousness throughout 2024.
Cawley Studio

Cawley Studio are an absolute favourite of mine, not only for their incredible sheepskin coats and silk sailor hats, but also for being a leading example of sustainable British fashion. The recognisable and functional silhouettes within their collections have ensured they’ve stood out from the crowd since opening shop in 2017. Having just produced their first made-to-order bridal collection, they’re further implementing themselves on the map of true craftmanship, proving their versatility and capabilities in design. With the release of their SS24 collection coming mid-February to their new website, we can’t wait to see what’s in store and to show our support to the fabulous brand.
AVEC AMOUR

The model duo María Undo and Daniel de Villanueva launched their fashion brand in 2022, stating it “was born from the need to overturn everything that revolves around nature, love and youth; the beautiful and pure; the desire; the melancholy that detonates the heart, or the fiercest of the raptures.” Already, it is evident that the brand has a purposeful feel with innovative clothing I have completely filled my wish list with. With clothing handmade in their studio in Valencia, one can’t help but feel intrigued by the specialness and detail that goes into each piece, which also hugely reflects in the whimsical and playful branding. Having started so strong already, I ‘m ever so curious and confident in where 2024 will take them.
MEADELA

The Korean based brand established in 2021 are producing staple, stand-out pieces that they themselves describe as ‘daycouture’. Their on-going aim is to “craft garments of lasting value with sustainable materials, that carry a timeless, romantic feel.” Their SS24 collection does just that, as the minimalist and feminine tones can be felt throughout and include wearable pieces that could be seen in seasons to come. I can’t wait to see their future collections after enjoying the current one so much.
